Chromium 10x

The Chromium 10x Genomics instrument enables the automation of single cell studies based on the drop-seq method. The 10x captures up to 10,000 cells per sample and produces individually indexed cell transcripts ready for library generation and Illumina sequencing. The Chromium 10x allows for a variety of applications, including single cell gene expression, single cell immune profiling, and genome sequencing.

Please contact the MC core personnel to discuss your 10x experiment. Please note, we do not isolate single cells as part of our services, but we are able to take your prepared single cell suspensions for library preparation.
